My husband and I lived in Bossier back in 2019 and had started going to her as our primary care doctor….my husband had quit a few health conditions and she DID NOT address not one of them….each time he had a follow up appointment, his glucose was high and well as his blood pressure (mind you she NEVER prescribed him anything for it)…..was giving her the benefit of the doubt that she’s older and she should have more knowledge and sympathy for her patients, we went to her. Fast forward to today, we see a NP where we live now and he gets all the things he needs for his health.

There wasn't anything glaringly unsafe, but I definitely didn't feel safe. The trailer (ya, I said trailer) was run down, dusty, and offered no privacy. I was privy to every phone call, sensitive hippa protected conversations, and all of the loud gossip. The doctors nails were far over an inch long and painted a dark color. I saw no one wash hands between patients, or a sanitary place where they would have done so. The doctor asked all of the new patient questions, but did not address my reason for the visit at all. Simply said the problem would go away (it won't) and booked an appointment for 6 months out. No referrals, no follow up, just have a nice day. It really seemed to me that they were more interested in collecting my insurance on a scheduled basis than providing any care that I would need.

The receptionist is the most unprofessional and the absolute rudest person I have ever encountered. I attempted to make an appointment with Dr. Bowman and was given the run around. After constantly calling to confirm time of appointment, I was told that I had already missed the appointment. She also stated she called me to confirm which is simply not true. No effort was made to reschedule. I heard that Dr Bowman herself is actually a good doctor. Her office staff on the other hand is a different story.

My visit was quick and easy. The staff was very professional and Dr. Bowman knows her stuff! Apparently she had been in the medical business for years and it felt like it. She was very patient and inquisitive about my medical history. I will be going back!

This secretary is trash she will be the most unprofessional person you speak to with a attitude that will make you want put your hands on her the doctor doesn't care and the who office reflects that DONT EVER GO HERE

This is a very unprofessional office. I do not recommend any one to even make an appointment here. They are rude, The receptionist has a horrible attitude. This is not a friendly, nor comforting atmosphere. They don't want to do there job. The attitudes of the employees are RUTHLESS.
