I was very disappointed with my visit. I went a few weeks ago when a bad cold wouldn't let up. They weren't busy, so I was seen rather quickly. However, the receptionists, nurses, and doctors were all sick and worse than I was. No one was wearing any kind of face covering. They were coughing and sneezing on everything. The nurse came in, didn't wash his hands, took my information while coughing into his hands, and continually touched me without sanitizing or washing his hands. The nurse left, and a short while later, the doctor came in, who also did not wash her hands. She was also coughing and sneezing into her hands and touching my face. After the germ fest was finally over, I asked the receptionist if there was anything I needed to pay for before I left. She told me that I would not be billed. As in, not billed at all. So, of course, I was shocked and upset when, just a few days ago, I received a text message about my bill that needed to be paid. I also had a present that I was given during my visit. I told the nurse twice, the doctor twice, and the receptionist once, where I wanted my prescription to be filled. Even after a total of 5 times of being told where I wanted my prescription to go, they still sent it to the wrong pharmacy. This was my first visit, and I will not be returning.

Be aware that if they diagnose you correctly or not it will be $162 to walk in the door of this place. I was there 5 minutes, the doctor said I had shingles and there was nothing that could be done at that point. Two days later it was totally gone, so idk if it was a rash or if it was actually shingles. What I do know is that this is just another establishment that only wants your money. If you can’t do anything for me then why would you charge me? If you go to any other business in the world and they can’t help you then they generally don’t charge you ( at least not the full amount). Not places like this, it’s all about the profit and not the patient. I paid my bill, my insurance paid their portion but I won’t be back.

This place is trash. Their receptionist are extremely rude and they never seem to answer the phone or they leave you on hold for 30 min and then answer and leave you on hold again. Then answer with an attitude.

I was told 2 weeks ago that I could just get a referral for my OBGYN. I have never had to go in the clinic for a referral. Ever. My nurse has always just called it in for me and thats that. My OB clinic also comfirmed that I shouldnt need an appt for a referral when I'm already established with this Dr. Well apparently I was supposed to come in today in order to get the referral (I was not expecting an appt, just figured it was gonna be like every other referral). My OBGYN appt is important and it's tomorrow. They cant see me till I have a referral and this clinic is not willing to see me for another 2 1/2 weeks.

I have never been pleased with these people. I especially can't stand their office staff. But sadly I can't leave cause tri care placed me here... hopefully I can get them to move me cause I am tired of their carelessness here. Even my OB clinic was understanding of the miscommunication and they weren't sure why my PC clinic couldn't be understanding of the situation and just do a quick pee test today. I dont even have to see the Dr, just need to pee in a cup and leave.

Cannot ever get someone to answer the phone. Absolutely ridiculous!!! I work for a Medical supply company & we receive orders from this dr office constantly but can NEVER get someone to answer the phone to send over needed documentation. Tried calling to set up a new patient apt, never answered the phone. Can’t see how any DOCTORS office simply doesn’t answer the phone. HORRIBLE!!

I have never felt like someone cared less than when I visited this place. My wife and I started going to this doctors office so we could both see the same family doctor I have since quit going and she has continued care however, it is more of a headache and hassle Than what it is worth. The nurses couldn’t care less and they are extremely unhelpful. My wife tries to get her prescriptions filled but the prescription nurse needs to be replaced because she refuses to do her job correctly. Our insurance company and our pharmacy can never get through on the phone, beware this place unless you want to spend days on in trying to get necessary medication’s to stay alive. If you don’t mind dying from a lack of medication, then this place is for you.

I have been going here for 5 and a half years. My first 2 physicians have gone on to other positions but they were pretty awesome. I now have P.A. Chelsea Smith. She was amazing. Very friendly, personable and easy to talk to. She not only listened but but paid attention and set me totally at ease. The nurses are always friendly and easy to talk to. It's nice to have someone who understands we are just human, talks to you with respect and understands.

I used to love this place , then suddenly and abruptly dropped for reasons I still don't know. No explanation of why from anyone there. Very disappointed , and frankly kind of hurt as I thought better of the folks at the practice .
