I was so excited to start my morning with the blueberry açaí smoothie and it has pieces of plastic in it 😭 they must’ve mixed some of the ingredients with the plastic still on, there were pieces bigger than the one in the picture I just couldn’t capture them as clearly during my commute. Super disappointing.

UPDATE: I am updating my review given the level of attention the team and Alex took to address this inconvenience. Definition of good customer service.

I come here frequently around lunchtime, and there’s never a long wait. This time I came with my friend and we had a superb visit. I ordered my favorite drink, the blueberry crumble, while he didn’t order anything. But by the time it was ready, there was tons extra for him to try. Thank you!

The go to place for smoothies and açaí bowls! There aren’t too many places in the city with açaí bowls and it’s nice to have BEC in the loop. There are plenty of smoothie choices to choose from as well.

It's great that this spot recently opened up! Service is great and there's plenty of smoothie flavors to pick from. I've ordered from here a handful of times. If you want a quick morning stop for a healthy pick up, this is your place to go. The staff has also been helpful in picking out flavors to try, they literally have great taste. My only thing is I hope we can get nutritional information for the menu items in the future, if you search up online you can find the info for the smoothies and add-ons.

The staff is so friendly and fun to chat with. They bring a smile to my face whenever I walk in. This smoothie bar outclasses what I’ve seen in NYC Equinox gyms, in terms of service, variety, and quality, no offense. It’s my favorite smoothie bar in the city actually because they offer SO MUCH. I often seen samples laid out and promotions happening. I’m grateful you don’t need to be a gym member to enjoy their food and service. My favorite smoothies are King Kale, Epic PB but they’re all really good. Their snacks and meal preps are also high quality; they will warm them up for you if you ask.

Really like this place. So far, I've tried smoothies (pumpkin spice and pistachio dreaming) and the dragon bowl, and everything has been excellent. Quality seems really high, and NOT just another super sweet smoothie. Lots of protein, nuts, and fruits and veggies! The staff is also really friendly and knowledgeable.
