Customers, be ware. I used this company in the past. Recently the service has gone WAY DOWN HILL. They do not respond in a timely fashion, when the do reply you will get a lot of garbled, misinformation (including bad price quotes with incorrect details). When I called to talk this through by phone, the owner, Luc, was belligerent. Seems they no longer run a good business. Customers are advised to spend their money elsewhere for good service and polite customer treatment.

We are extremely happy with the services of Biomonde. We were able to have an appointment fairly quickly, and they were flexible.
They were on time, efficient and very respectful.
They came to clean our sofas and apply an anti-stains, it made a big difference.

I engaged this company for their mosquito service. The initial set up and booking process was painful. They said they would come to our house and never showed up. I accepted that they had a scheduling error and we were scheduled for a new date. At the new date, I was told they had another scheduling error and they couldn't come. After complaining the owner came with one of his technicians to do the initial service, which we appreciated and felt good about engaging them for the summer.

The remaining service was not great. They sent other technicians that breezed over the property not providing the detailed spray job that they did at the initial appointment with the owner. We had hoards of mosquitos over the summer and did not see a reduction as we did with the initial service and had expected for the remainder of the services.

At $80 per week for one spray I would expect them to do a thorough job every time. Additionally, they say they are organic, but when I asked some of the technicians that did not do a thorough spray job to be more detailed they just said oh we'll fog your yard that should work. When I asked if the fog was organic, they just shrugged their shoulders and chuckled.

I have raised these issues with the technicians to try to get them to do a better job and then to the company to give them a chance to respond and their response was we hope that you use us for other services.

I was a loyal customer for 3 seasons, and Biomonde quit on us - while I am pregnant and need the mosquito control the most - ultimately because they didn't want to deal with a neighbor of mine that complains about their spraying. They also didn't want to address (reasonable) questions as to why after a few months of mosquito control at $70/week, and purchasing an additional mosquito trap for our yard, we are still being eaten alive.

They weren't reliable, and would send different technicians that would always come 20-30 minutes after the appointment time, making me late for work weeks in a row.

I have never dealt with a company that is so self entitled, and cares so little for customer service, especially when they charge a huge premium for "organic" services. I guess they have enough customers paying the exorbitant fees that they can be so rude and apathetic to us. I used to recommend them to friends and neighbors, but their services and attitude have taken a nosedive, and I'll gladly spend my money with another company that cares about their paying customers and their customer service.

Last week Biomonde cleaned both couches, a large rug, and all my windows. They did an excellent job, they were incredibly friendly and professional, and I felt the time it took them to clean was completely appropriate for the job (2-3 hours). They even returned to reset one my windows that hadn't popped back in correctly. They really did a fantastic job, and I feel great knowing they use safe products. Everything looks great - Thanks!

Eric was extremely nice and polite. I mean, the guy took his shoes off when he entered our home without being asked. That says a lot without saying a word.
