On top of that, they found me a great deal on a quality tire and a hubcap. The service was fast, efficient, and beyond my expectations.

A special shoutout to Darrell—he was absolutely amazing! Super understanding, patient, and incredibly helpful, especially since I have zero knowledge about cars. He made sure I was taken care of and explained everything in a way that made sense.

If you care about your car at all don't go here. The damaged every one of my new BMW forged wheels. Darrell the manager looked at them and told me to bring them in next week and he will have his wheel guy take care of them. I went through the trouble of taking them off the car and back up there and after a few days they tell me we're not going to fix them they were already like that.THEY WERE BRAND NEW OEM FROM BMW!!! Very disappointing I am a car enthusiast and know for a fact they were perfect before they destroyed them putting tires on . Stay away from these guys if you value your car

The service at Big O tires is amazing. They really take care of their customers. I’ve been there several times for road hazard issues with my tires. They also do a great job on oil changes and other vehicle maintenance as well. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.
