My wife and I were searching for a Certified Public Account (CPA) that was knowledgeable of the Social Security Administration (SSA), procedures for collecting overpayment of benefits.

So disappointed. I wanted to support them but they didn’t support me, a paying customer! 1)bad advice 2)After they finish your taxes good luck trying to get ahold of them, had the nerve to request another $900 just to answer a single question (which they should’ve answered while they were preparing my taxes 3) After they did my taxes I ended up getting a BILL from the IRS! So they did something wrong and because of that I owe hundreds + interest to the IRS. Go with them if you want a wam bam thank you ma’am and cross your fingers you don’t get a tax bill from the IRS.
Don’t go with them if you want things handled with care and 100% confidence things will be right with the IRS.

*Also, I asked numerous times for a digital copy of my tax return, but they never sent it so now I’m inconvenienced everytime I’m asked for my returns and I’ve got 50 hard copy pages I can’t send.

UPDATE: the owners replied saying I must have the wrong business they didn’t have me as a client. Bologna, good try. My review stands.
