Scollards review:
Terrible! Drive the extra 15 minutes East or West to the competition, you’ll save money and the aggravation of a terrible dry cleaning experience! Overpriced by a LOT compared to other dry cleaners, only open a few hours each day (good luck trying to pick up if you work during business hours), paper systems (computers?), not a quick turnaround, and no one on staff is glad you came in. Try Next Day Dry Cleaning in Post Falls instead.... at least they smile when you walk in the door.

There are issues with this location and with the actual Spokane plant. LL location is not maintaining regular hours. Over the past year it is often closed completely or closes early without warning, sometimes for several consecutive days making pickup impossible. After a recent stretch of being closed several days in a row when I did pick up my cashmere they all smelled funny chemical stale smell, not just dry cleaning fluid but worse and felt not the usual softness , didn't air out after a few days so had to go elsewhere to have them cleaned. $40 down Scollard drain. The time before there was a dry food spot still in the sweater which I easily removed myself leading me to wonder if it had been cleaned at all or just pressed. This co. has gone to pot.

This review is for the seamstress! She has mended 2 pairs of jeans, a boat cover, a Bimini top for our boat and 3 dresses! I will start with the bot cover; our boat cover ripped and I could not find anyone who was able to repair it except the seamstress at Scollards! Not only did she save us $800 but she did a fabulous job! I couldn’t find any evidence it had ever been ripped! Then the Bimini top ripped, I took it in and got it back and not only did she find the exact color of the top to patch it but, of course did a fantastic job! I did not think it was repairable! She has a loyal customer for life! She’s truly very skilled and if you need something mended, patched, altered or just something as little as a button put on a pair of jeans, she is the one to go to! Last thing I will mention, her prices are incredibly fair! You will not be disappointed in her work! No matter what you need done! I have brought in nothing that she couldn’t fix!

I have to say I stopped coming here because of the last gal that was working didn’t know what costumer service is! But I decided to give them another shot and was so impressed by the 360 turn around this place has done! Malea is such a pleasure and always so helpful. I won’t go anywhere else for dry cleaning! Friendly and helpful staff that goes above and beyond as well as they take such good care of my clothes. Thank you!
