Contacted Atlanta Legal Services to serve notice on my tenants regarding delinquent rent because I am out of town. Marc Allard was a rude, complete nightmare to communicate/work with. He changed the price from what was listed on their website, never sent pictures documenting the service, but sent threatening texts and emails weeks later asking for payment-- which again was a different (lower?) price. I paid him, but he was angry that he had to send PROOF OF THE WORK BEING DONE. Very shady and disorganized operation. Tried to give me the work free of charge (which I do not need) in exchange for a good review. I would not ever recommend anyone using this service, so I feel it is my duty to review the actual experience. Marc and Atlanta Legal Services should get their act 100% together before acting rudely to customers.

I went to Atlanta Legal Services looking for help and representation in regard to the Department of Labor‘s refusal to pay my claims entitled to me under law during the Covid time period. I lost my business and was hopeful to have representation for Dept Of Labor’s denial of my valid claim. First, Atlanta Legal Services filed an Affidavit on my behalf attesting to the facts at issue.I found out that Angela of Atlanta Legal Services filed it in the wrong county in December 2021. The case was then transferred to another attorney, Megan, who to this date of July 9, 2022, still has not filed the Affidavit in the correct court like I was advised by Megan would happen. I wouldn’t have known this unless I inquired about the status of my case. As always, I have to initiate a request to see what is the status at any particular time. I have a contract with Atlanrta Legal Services which I had signed for representation and they just keep screwing up. I wouldn’t have found out that the document was filed in the wrong court unless I contacted them to see the status of my case. Atlanta Legal Services’ timely communications with their clients are nil. Seven months later from December 2021, Atlanta legal services has failed to serve me in any justifiable way. If you look to Atlanta legal services for help in any matter, think twice, because you will have a very long wait for anything to happen if anything happens at all.
