I am using AnswerFirst for my solo firm practice. They have been exceptional to work with. Once I got it set up I realized there were some things I would like to be done differently and they paired me with Stephanie who has helped me get this set up exactly how I want (even as my wants change because I am learning what works for me). I have used them for 2 months and am strongly considering going somewhere else. When I first got on it was fine and seemed to work well. But the reps who answer my calls are not reading the scripts are not sure what services I provide ( they have them there and I have reached out before to correct this) this last time the women who seems to have a lot of trouble with my company services talked with my client about the answering service that I pay per minute for! Gee thanks I appreciate that... Wasted time and I have even listened to calls where my leads question our competence as a company and just say yeah no thanks I'll call someone local ... WE ARE LOCAL! What is going on here?

We engaged their services, but during the few times we checked to ensure everything was functioning correctly, we encountered issues. The agent consistently mispronounced our company name and struggled with the script. Her explanation was that they do not work directly for the company. After receiving multiple complaints from our customers, we verified their concerns about the lack of attention to detail and poor communication.

When I contacted the company to file a complaint, it was ignored. Consequently, I decided to move my business to a company that values my patronage and investment. I cannot recommend this company.

We were extremely pleased with the service, both during set up and after, from everyone at AnswerFirst. We regretfully had to cancel as we just did not have enough call volume. However, if we see an increase, we will definitely be back! I highly recommend AnswerFirst and appreciate Danielle and Allison for all of their hard work for us!
