I ordered an appliance set from Amundson's and scheduled them for delivery and install. The salesperson, Renee, was knowledgeable and very helpful with helping me to make sure my order was seamless as possible.

The delivery process was fantastic. They were in constant contact with me beginning a couple days before the delivery. On the day of, they texted me a few times to let me know which stop number I was and updates that my delivery would be earlier than expected. They even provided a link so I could see where the truck was. Pretty cool.

The two gentlemen that performed the delivery and install were friendly and professional. They cleaned up any messes and even took the time to demonstrate some of the features of my appliances.

5 stars, will definitely shop here again.

I couldn’t be happier with the delivery of my new dishwasher today

The whole experience was great from when I walked in the door until delivery today
my sales person, Loren, was very helpful and knew what he was doing. He showed me a dishwasher which completely filled my needs. He answered all my questions and quoted me a very good price on this GE dishwasher. He helped me schedule delivery and that went without a hitch today. the chat box kept me informed of what was happening to my order. it Arrived when they said it would
The two gentlemen that delivered my unit knew what they were doing and answered my questions. They were done in a very short time, and the installation works perfectly.
i had scheduled a local business to remove the dishwasher and recycle it. They wanted $55 to do that Charge me $10 to remove and recycle the Old dishwasher

I would recommend amundsons Eau Claire to anyone

Last year, I was so excited because I was offered a full-time job with this outfit. One of the things I was most excited about was how close it was to World Harvest Church across the street. During my first week of employment, I met with the Pastor’s for lunch and also decided to pray with some people from there about some personal things that I had going on right outside the building. One day after I held hands and prayed with the people I received an email from Renée stating “we don’t think you’re a good fit for our company so you are fired”. I begged her several times to let me know the real reason for my termination, however, she refused to tell me anything. A few months later, after having a traumatic brain injury, I wrote her a long email explaining that I had had an injury in asking her for my job back. She wrote me back one word: “no”. The only common denominator in this whole equation is the fact that I prayed with people from Church outside the building. If you are a Christian or even an agnostic that thinks that Jesus might be who He says He is, I do not recommend supporting this business. They are obviously judgmental bigots, and most people knew that when the owner was racist to one of the McDonald’s workers.
I was beyond hurt because of this experience. I had been so excited about the job and I believe that they knew that, but they didn’t want a Christian working there that’s for sure. So why should a Christian buy from them?

Overall the 2 men did a good job taking out the old microwave and installing the new one. Didn't quite get the trim back up correctly and needed to borrow my step stool. Other than that they were very friendly and did a good job.

The delivery and set up was so quick! All done in under 30-40 minutes. The text delivery tracking and messaging system is wonderful. Kept me up to date in real time and I was prepared with notifications on their arrival throughout the day. The 2 delivery attendants were quiet as mice and efficient and quick. Thank you Amundson’s!

I purchased a washer and dyer recently from Amundson’s and it went perfectly from start to finish. I like to shop local and am so glad that I had such a great experience.
The employees in-store were super helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. I chose to have my appliances delivered and hooked up. They kept me up-to-date as to when they would arrive, and the delivery employees were incredibly efficient. My husband and I are very happy with our purchase.

The entire transaction went flawlessly...which doesn't always happen. The salesperson was informative about what I went in to get (clothes dryer) and had a good sense of humor. The prices were great on the units I looked at. The delivery was what it should be...received texts letting me know what time delivery was scheduled and they arrived on time! Removal of the older dryer and installation of the new dryer took mere minutes. When it's time to replace other large appliances I'll be going here first.

Knowledgeable and friendly sales and install staff. A great app that lets you track your estimated delivery time so you’re not stuck at home in that 5 hour window. We have used you guys for years. Always a great experience.
