Was once a respected practice. Now it’s a horrible place to visit. Don’t waste your time ⏱️ or theirs they don’t care. Front desk staff customer service is terrible and unfriendly. NP is right along with them. Zero stars if I was able to leave it. My experience was not good and I will not be returning. Not a recommendation. (195 Montague Street)

I don't understand the bad reviews, I was in and out in less than an hour. Service was great, both at the front desk and with the doctor. Fast and professional.

I originally had a positive review but I'm changing it to a negative review. I got pretty sick and left the doctor probably six notes before she got back to me a week later leaving me with no medication and very sick. I end up having to see another doctor at a different clinic while I waited for this office to return my call. I additionally went in months later for my annual physical. They called me the day of and asked me to come in early because the doctor wanted to go home early. I accommodated and showed up then they lied to me while I was in the exam room and said my insurance wouldn't cover an annual because I was one week early for my last years scheduled visit and I had to be exactly 365 days apart. I push back and said that's not how it works but she said no that is and they had to reschedule me. This was obviously a lie because the doctor wanted to go home early. But I was so shocked at the time I just went with it. So an entire sick day off work and I never even got to see the doctor because she wanted to go home early.

First time pregnancy and trying to get through to a doctor to discuss lab results is a nightmare. I’m sent off to get blood drawn and no one even contacts me to discuss results. Why leave a first time mother in suspense. A simple email saying “all labs are normal” would suffice. I call everyday for no one to call me back. The doctors here DO NOT care about you. I left a priority message for my doctor because I was bleeding and was unsure if this was normal and have yet to here back. I had to wait a month later until my next appointment to actually speak with her and even than the interaction is very quick and cold. So be aware that you will only have access to your doctors during appointments and that’s IF they don’t cancel on you the day before for whatever reason.

Front desk is often times rude. Had an appt for 0430. Arrived at 0436/0437. Had 4 people infront of me w the slow reception. By time i got to the desk its 0440. The front desk called the back to let them know i arrived. She LIED and said i just walked in at 440. I was told to reschedule as i heard the nurse in the back say the dr said “no”. Guessing no to see me. Other times you waiting 30 mins to see the dr …. For 5 min visits.

I only gave this place a star so I can write this review. They actually deserve zero stars. Had a gynecologist provide me with an abnormal papsmear result via email instead of calling me in to discuss further. Additionally, I went for my physical which was at 4pm. Upon arrival I stood in the line for about 40 mins with 2 people in front of me. When we asked why they were not checking us in we were told they were busy and we had to wait . When the receptionist finally called me he said he would have to reschedule my appointment because the doctor’s last appointment was at 4pm and she is now done for the day at 4:40pm. HE THEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK IF I WAS IN THE LINE AT 4!!!!!!!!! Like stop it! You saw me!!! These people are rude, inconsiderate and unreliable. This service is not free so please get it together.

Dr. Daniel Travis has to be one of the most arrogant doctors I have ever experienced. As many of us are aware, women—particularly women of color need to advocate extra hard because of doctors like him. I came in and explained that I needed to get my IUD checked because I could feel that something was not right. He responded “that’s probably not it” and was completely dismissive. Not sure how he would know if my IUD felt right or wrong? Well, I pushed him to write me a referral and sure enough, my IUD was low lying. Completely disgusted by his treatment and this was only part of the issue. All in all, avoid him at all costs.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. TOTALLY unprofessional, insensitive, rude, disrespectful front desk receptionist and Dr. Mila Gauvin, who was typing while talking to me throughout my "appointment" with her- if you could call it that. She spent most of the quickie appointment berating and tacitly insulting me because I haven't taken tests that she claims are so needed to assess my current health status. She said to me, "Well I'm doing my job." And that meant what? To make matters worse, Dr. Mila Gauvin sent the WRONG prescription to my pharmacist, so now I can't get the medication that I need in a timely manner. The WHOLE appointment with her on 4/30/21 was unhelpful and a TOTAL waste of time. By the way, I waited TWO months to get this appointment. When I attempted to make a follow up appointment with the front desk receptionist as per Dr. Gauvin's directive to me, the person at the desk was also uncooperative, rude and refused initially to give me a follow up appointment.
