I never give a 5 star because there is always room for improvement. But I was close with AQTS, the nurses and therapist have been outstanding. Ruben comes to my home every other day for my wound vac care. He's professional yet friendly, answers the many questions I have with patience. My therapist are CJ, Jennifer and sky. And oh my, they have me walking longer on my walker. They work me till I'm tired and yet I want to do more with them. They all offer encouragement. For the therapist to the nurse, they are exceptional. Thank Ruben, CJ Sky and Jennifer.

This saddens me to write.... I LOVED AQTS for the several years we have been with them... While I understand things change and nothing is the same forever... I feel as if companies who care for medically fragile kids should always strive for more! I can say at this point I have talked to leadership numerous times, with no resolution to my problems with the office (scheduling and supplies) .. and yet these issues persist with only the front of trying to adress them without any real effort/change being seen on the family/patient side.

In summary, management no longer appears to find patient care as a top priority but instead hiring friends/family and protecting each other.

I am sorry to see and read that some parents do not have a good experience with AQTS because since 2017 I have nothing to complain about. Sure I don’t always know all the inner workings of a company but as far as I am concerned they always took care of me and I always respected them in return. I know they’ve had some staff changes but I can assure you that the new DON is on top of things, I have known her since 2014.

AQTS specializes care for our Parkinson’s patients and other neurological conditions and I am grateful to be a part of the home health company and be LSVT certified so we are more than equipped to give the best therapy for our Parkinson’s patients and other neurological conditions.

We have a very good team and we have the very best therapy in home care setting!

This company has gone down hill. No communication with the parents. No help from the CEO Michael Square. Talking to a wall when complaining about lack of communication and scheduling nurses. Parents/family do not use this company, you will be the one doing all the work find nurses to cover shifts!!

This company is still terrible about communication! Never know when a nurse has called out until I reach out to ask where they are. Never bothers to cover the shift either. Complaining does nothing, they all cover for each other. STAY AWAY from this company!!

Usually you will find a company with great field personnel or great administrative personnel. With AQTS, you have BOTH! Everyone has been extremely helpful and listens with their heart💕

this place suxs they cant get you coverage 4 months and nothing I understand they say it's hard but I feel like they could do more and they dont I would not recommend bringing your child to this place they make it sound good but NEVER deliver
