PROS: Great for getting picked up for appointments and getting there early or on time.
CONS: Can end up waiting awhile to be taken back to your residence. Can sometimes be hard to get ahold of someone over the phone during the weekend.

One of the vehicles drove extremely fast on our street and then extremely fast going the other direction. This is a family neighborhood with numerous small children, pets and senior citizens. Please, please have your drivers slow the heck down!

I like the drivers and dispatch very much. Kind and caring. I'm not saying they are without mistakes but they are pretty much far and in between. I just wish some of the drivers would be more careful of my walker. I can not afford to have this one broken. I can not walk a step without it.

Everyone whom my husband and I interacted with at Wilson Abbey Medical Transport have been simply wonderful and caring. Jim was always picked up in a timely fashion and safely returned home after dialysis. Thank you you all for making Jimmy's final days easier. Peggy, you and your 'dream team' are amazing and thank you <3

Horrible with pick up drivers are friendly and nice but when you have a scheduled appointment for pick up and they are over 30 minutes late is not good customer service. Especially when you call in and tell them you are ready for pick up and I still had to wait over an hour for pick up, we all have busy lives and schedules and places to be not just them think about clients not just your business and over scheduling.

I was treated so rudely by whoever just answered the phone and hung up on me TWICE! I'm going to file a complaint with the ADA because they blatantly lied and are being discriminatory towards me! My daughter scheduled an appointment for transportation for a doctor appointment with no problem yesterday, then today they call her to say they're unable to do my transportation because their wheelchair lift cannot lift more than 400 lbs, which is absurd because I looked it up online and the lowest weight an industrial wheelchair lift is 800-1000 lbs! When I called to inwuire today I was mistreated horribly by the rude unprofessional guy who answered the phone and when I started to inquire he rudely interrupted me andcsaid they're closed and I had to call back on Monday and hung up on me! I called back again and he answered and I informed him I'd be making a complaint and he yelled at me and told me he didn't need this right now and hung up on me AGAIN! There's absolutely no excuse for them to not provide my transportation and definitely no excuse for their hostile rude treatment on the phone! I'm obviously a victim of discrimination because they do not want to have to deal with an overweight customer just because they were told I have a wide wheelchair! Shame on them!
