A1 effieceintly designed and built our pool in 2023 after Year Round Pool totally ignored us and our requests for quote for months. Our A1 project manager, Chris, was tremendous and made some great suggestions and was always available when we had a question or a concern. Since completion of the pool we have used A1 for pool service and have been happy with their service. We fully encourage you to use A1 for all your pool needs.

Not only are the folks at A1 inept and un knowledgeable about pool care, they try constantly to charge you for anything they can get away with. I had nothing but problems with them and the office staff is worse. I experienced several occasions of damage to my pool equipment that when I brought to their attention (photos) they just denied. I can’t imagine the problems and $$$ it would have cost me needlessly if I wasn’t at my property full-time to see and document. Avoid at All costs.

What a disappointment. First, the wouldn't even come out to review the requested service which would likely end up choosing them as a pool upgrade without a contract so just a few days after receiving it and cancelling my other pool company, I signed their contract (which they already signed) and then was told now they don't have space. No one reached out and we have a signed contract that they are not abiding by. Horrible service.

Update: And now you are lying in the response to my review. I received the contract 7 days before I signed it and went back and forth with several questions to ensure I knew what I was signing up for and to get further service and repairs (like any educated buyer does). And there is no mention in any email or in my Facebbook messages with your company that you are full and can't start May 1st. In fact, it was the opposite saying they will send a contract to sign ASAP. As a business person, I understand help is hard to get but lying and cancelling on clients is no way to run a business. Honesty and customer service is how companies win.

A-1 has been taking care of our pool for over 5 years. They have performed regular pool cleanings, a major grout repair, and replacements and repairs to mechanical equipment. They have done a wonderful job. They are knowledgeable and skillful. It is a pleasure to deal with the owners. The pool techs and repair techs are equally great. They are entirely trustworthy, and having A-1 care for the pool eliminates all the stress.

As a vacation rental property manager, I have dealt with a number of pool services. A-1 is the best company I have ever had! We never receive complaints and if we ask for additional cleanings or services, they always do their best to accommodate our requests. I wish all of my homeowners would use A-1 Pool Service!

Rude unprofessional service. The A-1 representative walked in the backyard while we were in the pool without announcing himself or even speaking to us. When I asked him why the spa was draining he said "you want the light fixed don't you?" I don't understand why he was so rude but he could have handled the visit much better. There wasn't even a reason for his rude behavior! It’s common decency to announce yourself when you enter a property. We were literally in the pool and had children in the spa when he started draining it. It’s really not too much to ask that your representative communicate with the people who are on the property at the time of service.
