Very poor workmanship. Difficulty diagnosing electrical issue. Replaced some wiring & fitted new reg/rec. Appalling soldering, completely inadequate, crimped connections with loose wires and poor overall condition. Didn't even fit the connections into the plug to fit the reg/rec. I went back to alook Andrew in the eye, face to face & ask if he was happy with his workmanship which he said he was!. He did offer to take the bike back & re-solder the joints, but if the 1st effort of this 'professional' is this bad, would you return ?
The mess has been removed & re-soldered correctly, unit is now working. fine (and I have a better voltage showing). If you value your sanity & dont want to pay someone to make a mess of your bike, go elsewhere. If you want workmanship like this hidden behind your bike panels just waiting to cause a breakdown or fire, keep sending your bike here.

Excellent service! A&S ordered the part for me in advance and did not charge me for this. I booked a date for repair and changed it several times without any problem. Great communications using email and text. Finally took my bike in: fixed quickly and with no fuss, friendly and helpful mechanics. Highly recommended - I will be back - thank you.

Honest and friendly. Have been using since I moved here four years ago. Get my wife's bike, my bike, and the odd project bike worked on here when it's a task I don't want to take on or is beyond my skills. Old school small workshop with proper hands-on skills carried out in front of you, and a supportive personal approach. Recommended.

Took my bike there for an MOT this morning. Andrew did the checks and was very personable. Checked my tyre pressures for me afterwards too. A proper bike workshop that's a lot bigger than it looks from the outside. Would happily take bike there again.
