Poor communication. Lack of real empathy. Will mess up your appointment after cancelling the 1st intial just to inconvenience you even more because they didn't properly communicate what was needed for new patients before you arrived! Definitely wouldn't come here! They need to do better!

Our doctor always answers all our questions and makes sure we understand our test results and the steps we need to take before our next visit. She actually listens to us and acknowledges that menopause causes issues and explains why certain steps are taken. That's not common!

Total chaos as like my last 3 visits, scripts at 2 walgreens and 1 walmart for the 3rd time after I told the nurse as we were going over my refills. OH besides She only sent 3 scripts out of 12 that she was supposed to and she batted 1000 3 different drug stores. I have only used 1 walgreens for many may years. So who knows also I'm on my 5th Dr in a year. Place is HORRIBLE anymore I am working with Devoted to relocate to a new group because I do not drive. My visits are FREE but after taking a few UNNECESSARY UBER TRIPS NOW IT HAS COST ME OVER $100 IN UBER TO GET MY SCRIPTS. THEY CANT TRANSFER CLASS 3 DRUGS INCASE YOU ARE WOUNDERING WHY I DIDNT "FIX IT MYSELF. I ACTUALLY HAVE 3 MORE MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH MY LAST VISIT BUT IM NOT WASTING MY TIME. I CALLED SHELLEY TO ONLY FIND OUT SHE MOVED ON. SHELLEY HAS KEPT ME COMING BACK.

The staff is always courteous and friendly. They always take.time out to truly listen to me; no matter what it is , they listen and if I have a problem they help me to navigate my way to a solution .

This is the place I've chosen for my primary care and so far it doesn't dissapoint!. Only been there 2x as of today and I can truly say it's been great! My wait time is no more than 5 mins or so. Dr. Mateo is great! Place is very clean. All the staff I've interacted with are very nice and very professional! I Made a great choice finding this office and it's only about 6 mins from home and 10 mins or less from my job!
