Tube un accidente con un anzuelo de pescar fui a la sala de emergencia en plant City . Me atendieron en menos de 3 minutos me removieron el anzuelo , y una hora ya estaba en mi casa , Exelente servicio 10 estrellas

I’m doing this review for a specific RN here at the emergency room. Me and my 9 year old son came in last night due to a bad burn on his hand. His RN Candice Sophie. She WAS EXTREMELY nice, sweet, professional, gentle. All the above. She truly made our visit super comfortable she brought my baby drinks and a warm blanket and even made him laugh and smile through the pain. She is a true definition of someone who LOVES her job. Thank you !!

This marks my third horrible experience, and I will not be going back. I went in with my 20-month-old daughter and had to wait 10 minutes just to be greeted. Without even asking for my daughter’s name, I was told to be seated. We waited 35 minutes, and nobody ever called me to register her. I eventually walked out. To make matters worse, there was only one other person in the lobby, so they were not that busy. Shameful.

This is always my go to for my children, and have always had great experiences. It was my turn the other day, Josh and dr.cook were great. I was able to come in quickly be evaluated, reassured I would be ok and receive treatment. They were kind and professional and after having many negative hospital experiences I was very relieved and appreciative.

Extremely high rates
This is a stand alone ER so you will get billed hospital rates. It is not an urgent care center beware. Stomach pain ended up being $47k billed to insurance. You are billed from multiple services/departments.
Recommendations: if you can wait, avoid and go to urgent Care. It was a Sun for us so urgent care did not have a radiologist on staff so we had no choice but to be seen here.

Went for severe back pain and ear infection. Told them I tried 800mg ibuprofen about 4 hours prior that didnt work. They gave me a shot, muscle relaxer, and a lidocaine patch. Then wrote me a prescription for 800mg of ibuprofen. When I asked about why I was getting ibuprofen after I said it didn't work, the nurse replied "we can't just hand pain meds out anymore, their cracking down". Some people need more than just ibuprofen. Needless to say it's almost 3am and I've been trying to sleep since 8:30 still in severe pain. Yall need to do better for your patients. Not everyone who walks in with pain is trying to get pain pills to abuse. Some of us need them for things like this. The doctor also looked in my ears and said they were inflamed but gave me nothing for it after telling him I've been sick almost a month and my ears have been clogged for a week. This is very upsetting.
