Quite literally the best towing experience of my life. My car was sideways stuck in a ditch and 3 other tow truck places were unable to get it out, but J & J did it in a matter of 15 minutes THEN proceeded to help me jump the car because the battery was dead. I will now only call them if I am if I was stuck in a bad situation. They also communicated with me and kept in touch throughout the waiting process while they were helping other cars before they got to me. 10/10 experience and would trust them again under any circumstance!

J&J Towing pulled my truck & trailer from an icy situation that I otherwise would not have gotten out of. They were able to assist me without me even having to call for help. He happened to pass me at the right time & offered help. It seemed as if an angel sent him my way. They provided fast, affordable service without any damage. Came out to tow my poor car home and the guy was amazing! Knowing it was broke down he left it all the way at the back of the driveway so it didn't block the rest of it or need to be moved in order to use the driveway like so many have done in the past! Absolutely perfect!

They were very fast, and price was good. They arrived less than 20 minutes after I called, and it was $100 to tow a sedan using a flatbed for about 4 miles, which was cheaper than other quotes I received from other companies. Hookup was also very fast. Car arrived safely.

A surprise flat had me stuck on the side of the road in the rain and cold with all three of my kids. I called J&J at 10:30pm and got an answer right away. Within 30 mins we had a plan in place, the tire changed and we were back on the road on our way home. We were lucky that J&J was available and such a help to us in a moment of need. In addition to the speediness— it was clear that Joe does his job with the mission of being helpful and making sure his customers aren’t left stranded. 💯 would recommend for anyone needing assistance with roadside.

I'm pretty sure the guys name was Joe, that's what his shirt said anyway. He was very prompt, he said he'd be here at 1pm to buy the junk car I had and he was here at EXACTLY 1pm. He was gone with the car 11 minutes later. Awesome company, 10/10 will definitely use in the future.
