Mike not only answered his phone he was willing to come out to help with our plumbing emergency on a Saturday! This is even considering we weren’t an existing customer with him.
Even though he wasn’t able to complete the repair that day due to having to order parts he was very honest about how long it would take, as well as the costs. He was great with communication though the process.
He got us all fixed up and I know he would be happy to come back and make it right if we have issues!

We recently purchased our home in Poncha Springs and the kitchen sink was slow to drain.

It got worse over several months so we finally called another drain company in the valley to unclog it. After 2 attempts, it was worse than ever. We had to wash dishes in a tub for weeks while trying to decide how to resolve this issue…

With cold weather, had pipe freeze to septic tank and water was backing up into our basement and shower. Mike was awesome to work with. Responded immediately to phone call on a Sat morning and was at our place in 45 min. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Very professional and kept a clean work area. Responded to my phone call personally and came out that day. Diagnosed the problem and returned next day with all the supplies he anticipated needing. The problem was less extensive and he reduced his fee accordingly. Friendly, professional. Highly recommended.
